That’s a Wrap: Wrap Dress Spring Look

February 16, 2018

It’s no secret that I love to play dress up, so I took full advantage of my time in LA last week to break out a wrap dress… well, actually two wrap dresses. 😉  The weather was perfect the entire time and for a moment, I imagined it was the middle of summer. Glorious!

I wore this Kimchi & Blue Rita Wrap Dress in red multi on our trip to Urban Light. It such a cutie, but you’ll want to add a little pin to the skirt to keep it from flying open and flashing the world Marilyn Monroe style. Let’s just say the people walking around Wilshire Blvd that day almost got a peep show! haha! Oops. 🙂

Ahhhhh!!! Details! I love details. This little doll baby of a dress features a plunging neckline with a wrapped waist. Pull it snug and tie it on the side. Look at that adorable pattern! Oh my cutie pie!

I finished this look with a brown Scala Studio Fedora, A. Giannetti leather wrap sandals and my favorite JORD watch. I set up a shoppable widget below so you can check out the look. My hat and sandals aren’t available in stores right now because they are past season. I linked some current alternatives though. 🙂

This dress is available at Urban Outfitters and IT’S ON SALE LOVIES! YAS! I love a good sale. You can shop the look right below.

I’m still hosting the  JORD $100 e-gift code giveaway for a JORD watch until March 11, 2018, so enter to win >>>here<<<.

Alright! On to our second Wrap Dress for this post. Everytime I go to LA, I visit a consignment store in Santa Monica called Crossroads. It’s THE BOMB!!! I found this fun little blue and white “West” dress by Two Arrows along with a saucy pair of Malone Souliers peep toe heels.

This dress serves up sass and class at the same time. Look at that leg! YAS HONEY! I felt like Pretty Woman walking down the street with Roy Orbison playing in my head.

Details! This dress wraps snugly around your body, so the threat of flashing people isn’t an issue. It features a delicate little tie around the waist for a feminine touch. This is one that can be dressed up or dressed down depending on your mood.

My inner diva came out to play for this look. LOVE! AND THOSE SHOES!!! YES MA’AM!

Unfortunately I didn’t find this particular pair of shoes for you to shop, so I substituted them for another pair of Malone Souliers shoes that will match the dress perfectly.

As usual, I added a bit of frosting to this look with sparkly stud earrings and a jeweled necklace. Bling for the win!

Do you have a favorite wrap dress you will be wearing this spring? If so, let me know! Any favorite brands I should check out?
As always, thanks for joining me here at Hello Lesa. Today’s style post is brought to you with love and excitement. Until next time…
XOXO, Lesa
